We aim to dispatch your order promptly. Our standard turnaround for dispatch is 1-2 working days.
If there is any change to this timeframe we publish an update on our homepage.
Our courier partner is Post Haste/Castle Parcels, their estimated delivery timeframes are:
- North Island – Next business day (allow until end of day)
- South Island – Two business days
- Rural Addresses – Deliveries will be passed on to a rural contractor to deliver, therefore please allow up to 3 extra days for delivery.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
At Arthur Holmes we pack your order with great care to ensure your product arrives safely.
To send our Bulk Pallets or larger orders we partner with Mainfreight, they offer a comprehensive NZ network servicing most main cities overnight.
Delivery to more remote locations may take a few days and some rural locations are only serviced on certain days of the week.
If you would like an estimated delivery date or would like to book a guaranteed delivery day or time please contact us prior to placing your order.
Mainfreight orders are sent on a wooden pallet, which becomes the responsibility of the receiver. All delivery vehicles are equipped with a tail lift and jack.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We offer a free collection service from our Petone location.
You can select this option in the checkout and we will email you when your order is ready to collect – usually the next working day.
You are also welcome to browse our showroom weekdays and order in person. We can pack your order to take straight away.
If you ordered the wrong product
You can return the incorrect product to us and we will issue a store credit. We can then send out the product you prefer and the store credit can be applied to this new order.
(To receive full credit product needs to be returned within 7 days, returns outside of this timeframe become an unused product return - see below)
Unused product returns
We may be able to offer a buy-back of unused product at 25% less than the original cost. An Unused Stock Return Form must be completed and sent along with the return. Only products purchased within the last 90 days are eligible and proof of purchase is required. Product returns are accepted at our sole discretion.
Breakages
If any product is broken during delivery please let us know straight away. We can credit you for the broken product if isolated or arrange a full replacement of the broken carton/tray.
