Our Amber Drip bottle is suitable for a wide range of uses, including essential oils, tinctures, and pharmaceutical products. It offers a variety of compatible closures to suit different dispensing methods.
The amber glass provides UV protection for light-sensitive products, helping to prevent degradation and extend shelf life.
Amber Drip bottles are available in sizes from 5ml to 200ml.
Helpful tips for choosing your closure:
Drip caps
Most oil-based/viscous products drip best out of a ‘fast drip’ cap, while water-based/aqueous products tend to drip better from a ‘slow drip’ cap.
Droppers
Our OV3 droppers are specifically designed for oil-based products to help prevent cap back-off or unwinding.
Lotion and mist tops
Some oil-based products may clog the pump mechanism. Please ensure you carry out suitability testing with your product.
Helpful tips for filling:
When working with oils, ensure you use a dry filling process to avoid lubrication of the bottle neck.
Cutting dip tubes
Lotion pumps and mist tops come with a full-length dip tube that may need to be cut to suit the height of your bottle. See the Closure details below to check if trimming is required.
