Our Hex Food Twist Jars are ideal for preserves, designed to create a vacuum seal when filled with hot contents. They are also suitable for cold-fill and other food products, and are a popular choice for honey and chunky preserves.

Labelling: Their flat sides make them ideal for hand labelling.

Helpful tips:

• When applying the cap, tighten until you feel a natural stop - avoid over tightening, as this can stretch the lugs and lead to a loose fit over time.
• All our products are supplied clean but not sterile. We recommend thoroughly washing/sterilising products prior to filling. 
• Our Metal Twist caps can be heated to 100°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Please note: Clear glass can vary slightly in colour from batch to batch due to the iron oxide and recycled glass content used in the bottle composition. This variation is often more noticeable along the edges and is therefore more apparent on square and hexagonal-shaped glass.
